Beautiful Melodies

We all pulse as one.

The mother giving birth,

her heart pulses in her chest.

Her unborn baby,

his heart fluttering as one with her’s.

The women in uniform,

their hearts beat fiercely as they fight,

they fight to keep our hearts pounding as one.

Even the man at the drive thru window.

His heart beats, resonating low pitches throughout his chest.

The woman who welds the hot iron together,

the sweat drips down the back of her neck,

and her heart keeps on pumping.

They all beat together, forming a beautiful melody,

the bass pumping through their bodies,

ricocheting off of walls and furniture.

The song, the anthem of our world.
